Due to the rapid growth and continuous success here at CLP, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently recruiting for a Planner/Administrator to join our team based in Widnes.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Preparing and scanning of original documents
* Filing of documents
* Manage daily task list
* You will prepare required documentation as required
* You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over phone and in written correspondence.
* Updating client's systems.
* Booking of appointments for operatives
* Managing operatives diaries
* Any other administrative duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise.
Essential Skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good telephone manner
* Conversant in Microsoft office
* Highly organised
* Willingness to learn new skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
