We provide a wide range of career opportunities at every level, from apprenticeships to senior management, permanent to fixed-term contracts, and part-time roles.
Warwick District Council is undergoing exciting changes, and we have three opportunities for individuals to play a key role in service improvement. We seek someone to collect stock condition, HHSRS, and EPC data to inform our strategic and operational approaches to maintaining our housing stock.
The Council is committed to maintaining its housing properties to meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s Quality and Safety Standards. This is an exciting chance to join a small, new team that will help shape regulatory workstreams, Decent Homes, and Decarbonisation Programmes. You can make a real difference by helping keep residents safe, warm, and secure in their homes.
We are looking for three highly motivated and organized individuals capable of conducting detailed stock condition surveys and HHSRS assessments as part of our 20% rolling annual programme. Candidates with an EPC accreditation or willing to obtain one (training provided) are encouraged to apply.
Successful applicants must have a thorough understanding of building condition, component lifecycles, regulatory and technical standards, and be able to serve as the first line of defense to ensure compliance as a landlord and service provider.
You will join a growing team making an impact across the Council’s housing stock, working in a collaborative environment. If you believe you can make a meaningful difference to our plans and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
This role is primarily site-based and requires attendance at our offices or other locations within Warwick District for meetings and ICT purposes. Travel costs from home to the office will be reimbursed.
