You will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for clients from initial application through to completion. Key Duties – Financial Services Administrator: Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, and solicitors Request, manage, and collate client documentation Maintain accurate case notes and CRM records Carry out compliance checks in line with regulatory standards Submit mortgage, home insurance, and protection applications Manage cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met Proactively chase outstanding information and updates Keep clients and advisers informed throughout the process Key Skills & Experience – Financial Services Administrator: Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, or protection (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems Methodical and compliance-focused approach Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment Team player with the ability to work independently Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels Package & Benefits – Financial Services Administrator: Salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) Monday to Friday working hours 9am - 5pm Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to join a growing and successful business Long-term career progression opportunities
