Job Advert: Customer Care Advisor (Temporary)
Duration: November, December, January (potentially longer)
Location: Coventry
Salary: £24,800
Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Role Purpose: Covering a busy period within the business, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team to ensure effective, seamless working between the Sales and Marketing teams, Showroom, Finance and Distribution/Fulfilment Departments. If successful during the temporary period, a permanent position could be available after this time.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure inbound queries are dealt with in an effective manner
* Provide an excellent customer experience by following company processes
* Deal with complaints and *escalate* when required
* Update the in‑house database to ensure records are kept of contact with the customer
* Liaise with courier companies regarding deliveries
* Complete refund authorisation if required
Key Skills / Attributes
* Previous experience in a customer focused role
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
* Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes
* Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
