Customer Advisor — Part Time, 20 hours per week. 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7:00am – 8:30pm. UK Notional hourly rate £13.52 per hour (inclusive of an additional £0.81 per hour, store specific location allowance). Location: B&Q Oxford.
What’s the job?
Join our team as an expert advisor. Be an inspiration and a guide, getting to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and keeping the store looking great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but excellent customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need
Happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You’re friendly and outgoing, enjoy helping others, and comfortable using new technology and ways of working. You’re also great at working in a team and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
