Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations and compliance.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop staff members.
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding and welfare.
* Contribute to care planning and progress reviews for each young person.
* Oversee rota planning and ensure adequate staff cover.
* Manage incidents and emergencies effectively.
* Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, families, and professionals.
About You
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a children's home. Of which 12 months must have been in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and children’s legislation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
