Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 + Performance Bonuses
Are you an experienced leader passionate about transforming the lives of children and young people? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our nurturing, beautifully furnished children's homes and help shape a brighter future for those in our care.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Overseeing daily operations in line with regulatory and safeguarding standards
Creating a safe, loving, and structured environment that promotes wellbeing
Driving positive outcomes for young people, supporting development and independence
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted, Quality Standards, and the Children's Act
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential children's home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
In-depth understanding of Children's Home Regulations and Quality Standards
A compassionate, child-focused approach to care and leadership
Flexibility, strong communication skills, and ideally, a full UK driving licence
