Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in our project delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly from conception to completion. Your primary goal will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for managing every aspect of the project including scope, schedule, finances, risk, quality, and resources. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of your projects, overseeing technical designs, schedules, budgets, risk management, quality, and Health and Safety. - Manage scope changes effectively, communicating with clients, contractors, and the project team. - Ensure all project documentation is accurate and timely. - Oversee supplier quality checks and site visits, including international travel. - Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams for seamless project delivery. - Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to resolve customer issues promptly. - Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, construction specialists, and clients. - Manage Health and Safety responsibilities and documentation. - Provide direct input in project cost reporting and forecasting. - Tackle additional tasks including estimating and administrative duties.
