Job Description Purpose of the Role This role is critical to driving our commercial success by accelerating business growth through strong relationships with contractors, alongside architects, surveyors, designers, and building owners. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in influencing specifications, converting opportunities on site, and delivering profitable projects. You will join a highly energised team of specialists and become part of the industry’s most professional and commercially focused technical sales teams. What’s In it for You? Working closely with the regional team to deliver agreed sales targets through securing specifications, influencing project decisions, and converting opportunities on site to grow Sika’s presence within the roofing sector. To actively develop and expand the contractor and customer base within the region, driving sustainable sales growth and increased market penetration by engaging with main contractors, roofing contractors, architects, surveyors, building owners, specifiers, and local authorities.
