You’ll join a tight-knit team of consultants working across specialist markets like health & safety, environment & sustainability, fire, quality, and more. Whether your background is in perm or contract recruitment, they’ll build around your strengths and give you the platform to thrive.
What you’ll actually be doing:
You know the drill, but for the sake of clarity:
* You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - BD, sourcing, placing, and building long-term partnerships.
* You’ll develop your desk within a specialist market (we’ll chat about which one suits you best).
* You’ll identify and win new business, expand existing accounts, and source brilliant candidates through a mix of headhunting, referrals, and creative outreach.
* You’ll be trusted to run your own desk, make smart decisions, and be accountable to your own growth.

* Proven experience in a 360 agency recruitment role (perm or contract, we’re open).

* Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms (they use Bullhorn - but any modern CRM experience is transferable).
* Above all: drive, curiosity, and a bit of grit.
