Service Advisor/CSR - Leicester
Salary up to £28k + bonus + overtime!
Shift pattern - rotating weekly
0600hrs to 1400hrs
10am to 1800hrs
1 in 3 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1200hrs

Who are you?
10. you have the ability to work in an organised manner within a fast moving environment
11. Good customer service skills both face to face and via telephone
12. Be proactive in identifying customer needs and find solutions
13. attention to detail
14. Flexible and positive approach to changing cirumstances/priorities
15. team oriented
16. Good level of IT skills to include Excel, outlook
What will you be doing
A busy fast paced role based in reception area
17. Manage reception area and be main point of contact for customers
18. Schedule service appointments/MOTs and follow up with customers
19. Liaise and coordinate with workshop and customers on progress, ensure timely authorisation for all work is received
20. Preparation and provision of invoices to customes at point of vehicle collection, resolve any queries
21. carry out site administration
