About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised SED Analyst to join our team in Northwich. In this role, you'll manage a variety of legal pre- and post-sale property queries, supporting customers and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
You'll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, within SLA timeframes, and in line with company policies and lease obligations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming queries via email, chat, and telephone relating to property sales and transfers
2. Prepare and issue pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease requirements
3. Review consent requests and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with company standards
4. Source and provide documentation from internal teams and Land Registry where required
5. Act as a central point of contact, liaising with different departments to facilitate smooth transactions
6. Ensure all tasks meet SLA deadlines and achieve performance targets
7. Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures
About You
Essential
8. Previous administrative experience with strong organisational skills
9. Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to deadlines
10. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
11. Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook, with basic Excel skills
12. Ability to make decisions both independently and collaboratively
13. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Desirable
14. Knowledge of property sales, leasehold, or related processes
15. Experience within an administrative role in the property sector
