Responsibilities
* Champion and support The Hilton Lane Family by being a passionate and motivated teacher who strives for the very best outcomes for children.
* Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and support and challenge children, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate resilience and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver the highest possible standard of education and care.
* Work with a strong team ethic and contribute positively to school culture and safeguarding practices in a real-world setting.
* Contribute to safeguarding and child protection understanding and practice in a school environment.
* Possess flexibility to cover maternity leave, likely for the Year 2 class, starting January 2026.
Qualifications and requirements
* Applicants on the main pay scale are welcome, with a preference for M3–M6 with ECT years completed.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; enhanced DBS disclosure required.
* Understand and align with the school’s cultural expectations and professional behaviours.
* Willingness to engage in continuous improvement as part of a collaborative team.

* Walk arounds available: Friday 10 October at 9:15am; Tuesday 14 October at 4pm.
