Hours:
* Term-time: 3pm - 6pm Afterschool club + Weekly Team Training (optional morning club sessions available)
* School Holidays: 35+ hours per week available, with the potential for overtime

Preferred requirements for the role
* Passionate about this line of work
* Ideally a Level 3 in childcare or QTS
Responsibilities of the role
* Working at our before and afterschool clubs, delivery activities such as arts & crafts, den building, laser tag, remote control cars, mindfulness. While also support with breakfast and snacks.
* Working with our company values in mind
* Ensure the safety of children during wraparound and lunch time sessions.
* Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sessions
Experience:
* Previous experience in childcare or relevant field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with young people
* Strong organizational skills to plan and manage sessions.
* Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
