Role: Packaging Operator Grade 6- Night Shifts Role Type: 3-Month Initial Contract – Further Contract/Development OpportunitiesLocation: MacclesfieldShift Pattern: Candidates starting on night shifts will initially train on day and late shifts for the remainder of this year. The transition to night shifts is expected to begin in early 2027.
Until then, the standard working pattern will apply. From 2027 onwards, the night shift pattern is expected to be Friday to Sunday (three days), with shifts likely lasting 11–12 hours, approximately 18:00 to 06:00.

Your New RoleYou will ensure correct batchponents are received from the warehouse to ensure smooth running of the line. You will be responsible for clearing the line from the last order, checking allponents/batch documentation, setting up the line, starting up and running the line to ensure smooth running and production schedules are met. You will also close down packing orders.
Working effectively as a member of the team in order to ensure that effectivemunication channels and efficient working practices are maintained within the working period/team, you will also participate as a team member in improvement work and projects to ensure fitness for purpose and line improvement.
