Sustainability Analyst (Embodied Carbon)
Location: Northampton with Hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits

If you are looking to join a well-established contractor with over a £1 billion turnover, this Sustainability Analyst role could be the perfect fit. I am working with a leading UK main contractor delivering major construction and civil engineering projects. With strong sustainability goals, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Sustainability Analyst.
Key responsibilities of the Sustainability Analyst include:
1. Collating and managing environmental and sustainability data, and analyzing findings for LCA reporting requirements.
2. Reviewing and staying up-to-date with standards and guidelines from UKNZBS, UKGBC, RICS, ICE, PAS 2080.
3. Supporting the development of Civils & Infrastructure Net Zero reporting processes.
4. Reporting on data collection findings, identifying trends, and presenting these to management and stakeholders.
5. Acting as a point of contact for key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulators.
The ideal Sustainability Analyst will have:
1. An environmental or related qualification, such as IEMA membership or a relevant degree (Geography, Environmental Management, or Sustainability).
2. Experience in a similar role within environmental or sustainability sectors, ideally within construction or civil engineering.
3. Knowledge and experience in data handling and report creation.
4. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop within environment and sustainability fields.
