Role and responsibilities: Support the marketing team in overseeing the departments operations Management of the companys social media channels and implementation of a robust content calendar, with a focus on growth of these channels Monitoring online social trends and curating content when required Reviewing and updating the website content Supporting the marketing team in identifying good opportunities for photography and video across UK sites Working alongside project teams to deliver great stories on work being carried out for our clients Working with the work winning team to help with the presentation of bids Administration for the department including purchase orders and monthly reporting Assisting the social value team with the input of metric data Working with the social value team to execute social media around community activity Skills Required Proven experience in a marketing environment Knowledge of social media for business including Linkedin and TikTok Experience and ability to work within Adobe Illustrator Experience in Adobe Premier Pro (desirable) Bachelors degree in marketing, digital, or related field (desirable) Experience and passion for filming short videos and social media content Willing to travel occasionally throughout the UK to visit other offices and work sites Proficient in MS office programmes Good interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and highly organised Full UK Driving Licence What we offer: Competitive salary Company pension Excellent training and development Flexible working arrangements Employee discount scheme Employee health assistance scheme 25 holidays per year plus bank holidays Volunteer Days QTS is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
