Temporary HR Generalist - 5-Week Contract (Start ASAP) Location: Droitwich Pay: £15-£17 per hour Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based Are you an organised and proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're supporting a well-established company in sourcing a Temporary HR Assistant to join their team for an initial 5-week assignment, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is confident working with HR systems—particularly during periods of system implementation and optimisation. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across generalist areas Maintain accurate employee records and support data entry into HR systems Assist with onboarding processes, including new starter documentation Support managers with queries relating to HR policies and procedures Contribute to system implementation activities, including testing, data cleansing, and troubleshooting Produce reports and ensure information is compliant and up to date General HR inbox management and ad-hoc duties as required About You Previous experience in an HR support or HR admin role Strong proficiency with HR systems and confidence supporting system rollouts or upgrades Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy with data Organised, approachable, and able to prioritise in a busy environment A proactive communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team Why Apply?
