About The Role
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive, located at our Head Office in Belfast, and covering clients across Northern Ireland.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing business accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role involves identifying potential opportunities, setting up meetings, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be fully responsible for meeting and achieving agreed KPI’s and sales targets.
The post holder will be required to work the hours required to fulfil the duties of the role, however it is anticipated the main requirements of the post can be executed on a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm basis.
About You
You will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets in previous roles, and the ability to develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, campaigns and action plans required to achieve your targets.
Essential skills that you will be expected to demonstrate by example include:
• Previous experience within a business development role and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan through to sale.
• Proven ability to present the Key Selling Points of each service and position them against competitors.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, unrestricted driving licence.
• IT literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience of Managing Key Client Accounts
Desirable:
• A knowledge or interest in the local business community would be preferable.
• Previous Experience within the Facilities Management/ Grounds Maintenance/ Property Maintenance Industry.

• Generous Base Salary (depending on experience and calibre of candidate) and uncapped bonus (OTE £33-£35k in first year)
