Working as part of a small team to undertake all administrative and other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Full training will be provided.
16-20 Hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities
* Filing of job sheets weekly, ensuring paperwork gets allocated to the correct file.
* Filing of Purchase Orders
* Credit Control
* Booking in Deliveries on Sage and Matching purchase orders
* Assisting the Service Department when needed and Covering absences
* Archive when needed (scanning)
* Adhoc duties when required.
