<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Internal Sales Executive : Freight and Logistics</p><p>Location: St Albans</p><p>Salary: A GBP 28K: A GBP 30K + Bonus (Up to A GBP 5K)</p><p>Mon:Fri (08:30:17:30)</p><p>Looking to build your career in sales within a fast:paced international logistics environment?</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>Youll be responsible for developing existing client relationships, maximising revenue opportunities, and producing competitive freight quotations across air, road, and sea.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with sales, customer service, or operations experience who wants to step into a more commercially focused position.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Building and developing long-term client relationships</li><li>Producing accurate and competitive air, road and sea freight quotations</li><li>Managing and responding to RFQs and tenders</li><li>Supporting key accounts and identifying growth opportunities</li><li>Negotiating rates with clients and suppliers</li><li>Working closely with internal teams to deliver high service levels</li><li>Producing KPI reports and analysing performance data</li><li>Attending client and supplier meetings where required</li></ul><h3>What Were Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in sales, customer service, or operations</li><li>Freight forwarding or export knowledge is desirable but not essential</li><li>Experience handling quotations, RFQs, or tenders</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills</li><li>Confident communicator (both written and verbal)</li><li>Good administrative, numerical, and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes</h3><ul><li>Positive, engaging, and professional approach</li><li>Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude</li><li>Calm under pressure and solutions-focused</li><li>Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results</li></ul><h3>What’s In It for you</h3><ul><li>Contributory pension scheme</li><li>Modern, spacious office environment</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team culture</li><li>Clear opportunity to develop within a growing logistics group</li></ul><p>Closing date is 12.07.26</p></div>
