Our client requires a contractor with experience of delivering reward change projects and ER case management in a complex, ideally regulated, environment.
Reward
Lead and support the implementation phase of our clients Reward Strategy/Benefits Review, ensuring a smooth transition from design to delivery.
Leading / supporting reward, employee relations and employee engagement aspects of the project.
Translate recommendations into clear, actionable implementation plans, timelines, and communications.
Work closely with fellow colleagues to ensure alignment and the effective rollout of new reward/benefit structures, policies, and frameworks.
Support the development and delivery of internal communications and people manager guidance related to reward/benefit changes.
Support positive employee engagement throughout the change process.
Employee Relations
Full end to end case management of complex cases.
Policy reviews and updates
Create a suite of template letters and checklists for employee relations.
Coach and upskill people managers to effectively handle ER matters.
