Our client is expandinf and needs someone to help with Project Quantity Surveying. This is a position working very closely with clients so communication skills must be excellent for this. Sitting at the intersection of commercial, technical and client-facing work, you’ll support the preparation of estimates and proposals, keep opportunities moving through the pipeline, and help secure new projects. Tendering & Estimating: * Qualify inbound enquiries and tender opportunities * Prepare accurate take-offs, estimates, proposals and RFI responses * Liaise with suppliers to source products, pricing and lead times * Manage tender deadlines and maintain organised project documentation Sales Support & Pipeline Management: * Maintain opportunity and pipeline data in HubSpot * Support the sales team by booking meetings, tracking actions and progressing deals * Follow up quotes, respond to post-tender clarifications and support Best & Final Offer negotiations Stakeholder Engagement: * Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at all stages of the tender process
