About the role
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve retail goals and deliver excellent customer and patient experiences. You will work with the Store Manager / Hub Store Manager to help the business grow and adapt. Your responsibilities include delivering strong trading performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing store-specific strategies to optimize patient care and profitability. You will work in-store, reporting to a Store Manager / Hub Store Manager.
