Our client, a brand-new restaurant opening in January 2026, is hiring a dedicated Senior Chef De Partie to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. What you'll be doing:
* Preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality burgers and other dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef
* Overseeing kitchen operations during busy periods, delegating tasks to team members, and ensuring smooth service
* Assisting in the development of seasonal menus and contributing ideas for new dishes
* Checking all dishes for taste, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen
* Managing food costs, minimising waste, and handling surplus food responsibly
* Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
What you'll bring:
* Experience working with burgers or similar cuisine, with a passion for quality food
* Proven leadership skills, comfortable overseeing a small team and managing kitchen operations during busy times
* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, with Mondays and Tuesdays off
* A full driving licence (car or motorcycle), as public transport options are limited
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cost control
Additional details:
* Salary up to £32,760 per annum, depending on experience
* Working hours between 10am and 10pm, 5 days a week (including weekends and evenings)
