Supplier Portal Administrator / Yeovil / £19.10 per hour About the Role Our client, a leading Aerospace and defence organisation are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external procurement portals, supporting supplier onboarding, and maintaining governance documentation and systems. Key Responsibilities Portal & Supplier Support Act as the primary point of contact for portals including SupplyOn (Airsupply), Supplier Portal (C-folders & Engineering Standards), and internal SharePoint sites. Support with onboarding suppliers to SupplyOn and assist in rolling out new functionalities. Manage application requests for access to the Supplier Portal and associated tools. Deliver training to internal users and suppliers on portal usage and coordinate training sessions. Governance & Administrative Support Assist with SAP system upgrades, portal functionality testing, and application role testing. Maintain and update user guides and training materials for portals and associated applications. Support the review and update of UK and cross-geo P&SC user guides on SharePoint.
