We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at Fourth Way for the 3pm to Midnight shift. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will manage a team of colleagues to maintain the required output levels for a specific warehouse area, delivering results that exceed our KPIs. You will be responsible for coaching, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational targets on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs within your area. Coach, lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver operational targets. Manage operational processes within your area. Drive a culture of health and safety through leading by example. Communicate with your team regularly through team meetings. Lead disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, and grievance meetings when required. Technical Competencies: Experience in managing and working in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel). Strong people management skills. Excellent communication skills. Natural coaching ability. Good presentation skills. Leadership skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Drive for results.
