The post holder will support the Project Coordinator in delivering the My Health Matters project in Salford. You will facilitate the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy by coordinating a team of peer advocates to provide 1-2-1 support to those experiencing homelessness in Salford. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, managing casework such as referrals and quality assurance, and coordinating the project's drop-in network.
The role is based at our Swan St office but requires travel across Greater Manchester, with a focus on Salford, and occasional travel to other cities, including possible overnight stays.
