We are looking for compassionate and reliable Relief Care Workers to support our services on a flexible basis. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them to live with dignity, independence and choice. Relief work offers flexibility and is ideal if you are looking to work around other commitments, gain experience in care, or pick up additional hours. As a Relief Care Worker, you will support the team to deliver safe, respectful and consistent care. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing day-to-day personal care and support in line with individual support plans * Supporting individuals with daily living activities to promote independence and wellbeing * Assisting with medication and health-related tasks as required and trained * Building positive, respectful relationships with the people we support * Promoting inclusion, choice and participation in everyday activities * Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues * Working flexibly across shifts to meet the needs of the service About you You will have a caring and respectful approach, with a genuine interest in supporting people to live fulfilling lives. Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
