What you’ll be doing Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4. Working with pupils who benefit from structure, reassurance and targeted intervention. Assisting teachers with routines that help create a calm, purposeful learning environment. Delivering small-group or one-to-one activities to help pupils progress. Encouraging positive behaviour in line with the school’s values of respect, responsibility and ambition.
