Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a Administrator on behalf of our client based in Epsom, whom are in the professional services industry. We are seeking someone who has Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role.
Duties:
* Screening calls, handling enquiries and greeting visitors
* Maintaining the database
* Secretarial administrative tasks
* Drafting letters and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc
* Preparing letters and chasing required documents
* Communicating with HMRC
* Assisting where needed with other general office tasks
Experience:
* Previous office experience, must be within a professional services environment
* Excellent communication skills is essential
* Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed
* Numerate
* Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills
* Able to multitask with accuracy
