haart Estate Agents in Harrow is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. No prior experience required; comprehensive training and clear career development opportunities are provided from day one. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced property environment.
Your role
As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Harrow, you will receive:
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and development
* Your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
* Purpose-built training location and industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
* Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
* Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
* Meals provided during your stay*

* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings

* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements and terms
* Must have access to your own vehicle
* Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
