Job Purpose\n\nResolve Health has an excellent opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator. Part of Proclaim Group, we are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have been injured and/or are absent from work. This is an exciting opportunity for you to kick start a successful career and provides the opportunity to improve the lives of our service users by coordinating and managing treatment referrals and related case administration. This includes ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and high-quality customer service. The role supports clients through their treatment journey by liaising with multidisciplinary stakeholders, maintaining compliance with processes and standards, and contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. What will I learn?\n\nModern Apprenticeship in Business Administration SCQF Level 6\nCommunication & Customer Service\nTreatment Coordination\nWorkload Management\nCommercial Awareness\nInformation Technology / Information Handling Summary of Essential Requirements:\n\nEducated to National 5 level or equivalent with good standards of literacy and numeracy\nHighly effective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to plan and prioritise workload to ensure tight deadlines are achieved under pressure\nAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiative.\nAbility to use Microsoft Office Packages, including Outlook\nEligible to participate in the government supported SVQ qualification in Business Administration SCQF Level 6.\nRight to work in the UK\nCurrently resident within the UK\nWillingness and ability to commute to Hamilton\nThis is an office-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work from our office in Hamilton, near Glasgow. Candidates must therefore be willing and able to commute to Hamilton.\n\n
