What is Candlelight?
Candlelight concerts offer a unique musical and sensory experience enhanced by candlelight ambiance. They showcase talent from emerging artists to professional musicians, allowing audiences to enjoy famous classical works in spectacular locations. We are expanding beyond classical music into genres like jazz, soul, flamenco, opera, and more.
Note: Candidates should be prepared to travel frequently to manage events and ideally reside locally.
Responsibilities include:
Pre/Post Production
* Coordinating operations and logistics for events in your city, including transportation of equipment
* Liaising with artists and suppliers, negotiating rates for bookings
* Creating schedules and advancing documents to all stakeholders
* Booking and training staff via our staffing partner
* Participating in weekly project updates with the team
* Managing inventory storage
* Filling out Event and Incident Reports
* Researching and visiting potential venues
* Assisting with venue evaluations and walk-throughs
Onsite
* Managing event timings as the main onsite contact
* Implementing production details, policies, and procedures
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints
* Completing Event/Incident Reports
* Encouraging team performance and improvements
* Providing post-event feedback and photos
* Representing Fever and Candlelight professionally and as the main customer service point
