Job Description
Your responsibilities as the Procurement Advisor:
3. Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to organisational objectives
4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, performance, and value
5. Lead sourcing activities, including market analysis and contract negotiation
6. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
7. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and support effective procurement decisions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Advisor should have:
8. Proven experience in procurement and contract management (typically 3+ years)
9. 3 Years working withing CIPS
10. Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practice
11. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
12. Analytical and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail
13. Proficient in standard office tools, particularly spreadsheet software
