Our client in South Yorkshire is on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis.

Your Mission:
As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for running, introducing, and maintaining equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help elevate operations to world-class standards!
What You'll Do:
Safety First: Follow all Health and Safety procedures and legislation.
Maintenance Delivery: Execute planned and predictive maintenance across all production lines and process areas at the Worksop factory.
Facilitate Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Lean Manufacturing tools such as TPM, RCM, FMECA, 5S, and Kaizen.
Enhance Performance: Identify and implement improvement ideas focusing on OEE, H&S, and Quality measurements.
Operational Excellence: Be an integral team member for the operational performance of new production lines.
Main Duties Include:
Deliver maintenance activities through our maintenance system (SAP).
optimise equipment condition and address chronic or sporadic issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and assist in developing departmental SOPs.
Support best practises in maintenance management and continuous improvement.
Train and develop operators in first-line maintenance and problem-solving.
What You'll Bring:
An Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications (HNC/HND level preferred) with electrical awareness (18th edition is a plus).
Strong understanding of factory processes and technology.
Competencies & behaviours:

Ability to prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
