The Branch Manager role is situated on the Lancashire / Yorkshire borders, set in a picturesque location and will be suitable for a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager looking for their next step up or an existing Valuer or Branch Manager. Working hours: Monday – Friday Alternate Saturdays (1 lieu day per month) Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager: A basic salary up to £30,000 Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £40,000 Business Mileage paid Free Parking provided Ongoing Training and Support To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following: Strong leadership skills Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency Strong listing experience and track record.
