Job Description
As a P2P Queries Team Leader you will ensure that all queries are responded to quickly and efficiently whilst identifying areas of process improvementin line with company processes.
Qualifications
As Queries Team Leader (P2P) you will…
* Ensure the integrity of supplier transactions
* Champion compliance to all P2P processes internally and externally
* Provide accurate and efficient responses to internal and external queries
* Continuously focus on process improvement and establish root causes of late invoice approval/payments
* Work with the P2P Manager and Process Manager to identify improvements to the P2P processes
* Drive improvement in P2P metrics
* Perform line management duties, including regular one-to-ones, check-ins, and annual development reviews
What you’ll bring…

* A strong customer service ethos with the ability to drive this culture into the team

* Experience working with large accounting or ERP packages
