Housing Assistant

The Regenda Group

Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester

Salary: £25,255 per year

Contract: Permanent

Working pattern: Full-time

Proposed Interview Date: Monday 22nd September 2025


The role

As a Housing Assistant at Regenda Homes you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality and integrated neighbourhood management service. This service should help to create sustainable communities with a particular focus on lettings. You will be providing support with admin duties to deliver integrated service delivery, including lettings, anti-social behaviour, tenancy management and estate management. You will also ensure our housing management systems are kept up to date, this includes recording all of our customer contact via inbound and outbound CRM's.


The right fit

* You have experience in delivery high-quality front-line customer facing services.
* An understanding of housing processes and legislation is essential.
* Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to changing requirements.
* You have the ability to support vulnerable customers with empathy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A full UK driving license is essential with access to a vehicle.

Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
