Job Responsibilities
* Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support and creating impactful and heart‑warming memories.
* Ensuring the needs of residents are met through the electronic care platform “Nourish”.
* Working within a committed team.
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Performing ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for residents.
Candidate Profile
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Strong values and compassion for supporting people.
* Experience is an advantage, but not necessary; full support and training will be provided.
* Able to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Capable of following and prioritising tasks and responsibilities.
* Engage well with people supported in their continuing interests and positive experiences.
Benefits and Compensation
* Day shifts available.
* Full or part‑time contracts.
* Hourly rate of £12.75.
* Flexible hours: 22, 33, or 44 hours per week, including weekend work; bank options also available.
* Shift hours: 8 am – 8 pm.
