Job Title: Area Sales Executive
We’re looking for a talented Area Sales Executive to work full time in our developments in the Sussex and Surrey area.
Role Overview: As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll make a positive impact on our customers’ lives by introducing them to independent living. You’ll proactively engage with interested customers, advise them on their purchase and lifestyle, and build strong relationships to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to move-in.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales targets and budgets on-site from the Welcome Centre.
2. Show apartments and provide information using available resources like floor plans and interior options.
3. Collaborate with onsite teams (Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction) and external agents, sales partners, and solicitors to progress sales.
Working Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
About You
Ideal candidates will have experience in face-to-face customer sales, relationship building, and patience. Experience in retirement living sales or selling to older adults is advantageous.
Key attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, determination, independence, proactive sales and marketing approach, and IT database proficiency. A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
