The team and the opportunity
We are looking for skilled Oracle EPM Consultants with a strong background in Finance modules to become central to our client EPM implementation projects. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM functionalities, a proven track record in finance‑related projects, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Specialise in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with specific expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), working closely with clients to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Provide business advice with experience in Planning & Budgeting or Financial Consolidation.
* Work as part of client engagement teams with diverse skills, fostering an innovative and inclusive environment.
* Deliver high‑quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
* Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and monitor progress.
* Manage risks and ensure stakeholders are kept informed; manage client service delivery expectations.
* Cultivate and manage business development opportunities and maintain long‑term client relationships.
* Contribute to Oracle competency development in operations, thought leadership, marketing activities and training.
* Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge; stay up to date with industry trends.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Third‑level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
* At least 5–10 years of consulting experience directly with clients, designing solutions and driving successful implementations.
* Proven expertise in Planning & Budgeting or Financial Consolidation modules.
* Full lifecycle experience of at least two large Oracle EPM implementations.
* Ability to configure, test and identify best practices for Oracle Fusion EPM implementations, including migration from Oracle EBS.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
