Sales Engineer – Global Markets

Location: Coatbridge / Hybrid

International travel (2–3x per year)

Our customers span industrial processing, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, utilities, and building services worldwide.


We are now looking for a high-impact Sales Engineer to accelerate growth across Europe, the US, and APAC. This is a commercially focused role for someone who combines technical credibility with a strong sales mindset and thrives on winning new business, expanding markets, and delivering measurable revenue growth.


The Role – Commercial Impact & Market Expansion

This is a revenue-generating position at the heart of our global growth strategy. You will own and drive sales performance across key territories, identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting technical solutions into commercial success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver Revenue Growth
  • Own and execute regional and global sales strategies to consistently exceed targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Expand and optimise channel partnerships to scale market reach
  • Develop Markets & Pipeline
  • Proactively build a strong pipeline through market insight, prospecting, and networking
  • Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Translate technical capability into compelling commercial value propositions
  • Own Strategic Execution
  • Turn business objectives into clear, actionable sales plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to accelerate growth
  • Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise sales approach
  • Build High-Value Relationships
  • Develop long-term, revenue-generating relationships with customers and partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with commercial insight
  • Represent DwyerOmega at global events, exhibitions, and customer engagements

What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or technical sales engineering
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products in high-volume or industrial environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and close deals
  • Confidence operating across international markets and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value
  • Excellent communication skills in English
