Job Title: Sales Administrator

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £25, - £27, per year

Responsibilities:
4. Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team
5. Create and process accurate and timely quotations for customers
6. Maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity
7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
8. Assist with sales forecasting and reporting
9. Adhere to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
11. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
12. Excellent communication and customer service skills
13. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
14. Proven experience working in a similar administrative role
15. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
16. Experience within the manufacturing industry
17. Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
