We are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Manager to support our Wealth Advisers across the Fairstone Group. This is a key role reporting directly to the Senior Training and Development Manager and plays an integral part in the ongoing development, supervision, and performance improvement of our adviser population.
The role will require regular travel to attend team meetings and, where appropriate, to spend hands‑on time with advisers who would benefit from additional coaching and in‑person support.
You will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting advisers, ensuring they meet expected standards and continue to develop their skills and capabilities. Working closely with the wider Training and Development team, you will help ensure a consistent, high‑quality service is delivered to advisers and investment managers across the business. You will also collaborate extensively with regional teams to align development activity with business and regulatory expectations.
Stakeholder and relationship management will be central to your success in this role. You will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on adviser development and support.
Experience & Qualifications
* Demonstrable industry experience, with the ability to provide clear, practical examples of carrying out key role‑related tasks.
* Qualified to Diploma level (or equivalent), meeting the firm’s and regulatory standards for the role.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK regulatory framework, including adviser competence and compliance requirements.
