Running a shift, delegate to staff, plan the shift throughout the day, administering medication,Liaising with soial workers, doctors and other professional's. To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Residents. To ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Residents, Staff Members and Visitors. To undertake certain senior duties, and generally assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality.
