We're looking for a dynamic Workwear and PPE Specialist to drive sales and provide expert advice on our product range. You'll build strong customer relationships and help expand our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Customer Service:
o Advise customers on workwear and PPE.
o Identify needs, recommend solutions, and close deals.
o Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
* Product Management:
o Know our products inside out.
o Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
o Source new products and manage inventory.
* Relationship Building:
o Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
o Represent us at industry events.
* Compliance:
o Ensure products meet safety standards.
o Provide accurate certification info.
* Team Collaboration:
o Work with sales, marketing, and procurement teams.
o Train and support staff.
Qualifications:
* Experience in workwear and PPE sales (B2B preferred).
* Knowledge of products and industry standards.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Team player with good organizational skills.
* CRM proficiency.
* Driving license may be required.
