Job Overview
Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a successful finance team within a growing organisation? Our client is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment working from their office in Newmarket.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing a shared finance inbox obtaining invoice approvals
* Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
* Completing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and supplier statements
* Producing weekly aged creditor reports to support healthy cashflow
* Managing petty cash transactions
Key skills required for this role:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
* Strong communication skills confidently working with both internal and external stakeholders
* Self-motivator who is organised and able to prioritise their workload
