The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated High Level Teaching Assistant to join a thriving and forward-thinking education setting in Poole.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students aged 16 to 18 in a dynamic secondary environment that values ambition, inclusion and learner success.
The role is available on a full-time basis, with part-time availability also considered, and offers an immediate start.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
The working hours for this role are 8.30am to 5pm.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students aged 16 to 18 in lessons and structured learning activities
* Delivering targeted interventions and supporting small groups when required
* Assisting with lesson planning and classroom management under teacher guidance
* Promoting positive behaviour, engagement and independence
* Supporting learners who may have additional learning or support needs
Essential Experience
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* A minimum of six months’ childcare experience
* Experience supporting children or young people, particularly those with SEN needs
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
* The confidence to support learning at secondary level
