For over 45 years, Thrive Domestic Abuse Services has provided a haven for women, children and young people in Neath Port Talbot, helping them to rebuild their lives and regain their independence in safe communities. In April 2025 we rebranded from Thrive Women’s Aid to better reflect the organisation’s commitment to inclusivity and to expand support for a wider range of individuals in the community.
We are looking for an innovative and motivated individual who will lead the team to deliver our ambitions and start to look beyond our current plans. The successful individual will be somebody who believes in delivering high-quality services, can manage complex stakeholder relationships and most importantly cares about protecting victims of domestic abuse.
*This post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
